Daisy and Sam's Wedding at the Ritz
/This wedding marks my very first Hong Kong wedding and I must say, it did not disappoint! Such a beautiful couple and their suite at the Ritz Carlton had the most amazing view. Due to the COVID-19 restrictions on how many people can gather together, the wedding was small and sweet but as you will see that did not hinder the sweetness of this precious day!
The Apprill Family
/Fun fact about this gorgeous family below… This beautiful momma is my bootcamp instructor! A few months ago one of my best friends and I found her class online and have been going regularly ever since. The best part about these workout classes is that we get to bring our babies with us! If you’re a new mom and looking for a fun workout class where no one judges you when your little one throws a fit, this is the class for you (just google Baby Boot Camp in SF). Enjoy the epic coastal views below!
Karriyma's Maternity Session
/This beautiful lady right here happens to be a dear friend of mine, and so it was very special to get to take her maternity photos last weekend. Karriyma and I were pregnant with our first babies at the same time (our daughters were born one month apart!) and now they are growing up together and play together often! We intended to take her photos at China Beach in San Francisco but on the day of our shoot it was very misty so we decided to head down to Stanford’s Dish Trail. Isn’t it a stunning location? I’ll never get tired of it!
The Vincent's Maui Maternity Session
/For those of you who have followed along on my journey as a photographer for a while, you will notice that I’ve photographed this beautiful couple multiple times! These two are dear friends of my husband and I, and when we took a friend-cation to Maui, of course I knew we’d do their maternity session there! I can’t wait to get some sweet newborn photos of their baby boy when he makes his debut! The last photo in this post was taken in Maui’s tropical “Jungle” at Honolua Bay and I must say, it is one of the most beautiful and fascinating places I’ve ever been. I hope you enjoy these sun soaked pictures as much as I do!
Jess and Josh's Maui Session
/While my husband and I were planning our vacation to Hawaii with a few other couples in our friend group, I decided to do some research into beautiful spots for photos on Maui. One of the couples who came with us was pregnant with their first, so I wanted a great place to get some maternity photos for her! I came across this wonderful photographer, Jess Johnson, who told me about some great spots to check out. A few weeks later Jess asked if I would do her and her husband’s photos while I was on the island since they literally hadn’t had their photos taken since their wedding 12 years ago! It was such a pleasure soaking up the beautiful Hawaiian morning with these two and as you can see, they are still beaming with love for each other after all these years! This is what my Hawaiian photo dreams are made of!
Martin and Maya's Engagement Session
/I photographed the first part of this beautiful couple’s engagement pictures about a month ago on Treasure Island and they decided they wanted some more variety so we went to the Palace of Fine Arts this week to get some more great shots! It was raining when we got there, but we stayed under the dome until it let up. I can’t wait to shoot their wedding in the fall! Having two engagement sessions has served to make us really comfortable with each other, so I just know that the photos we take on their wedding day are going to be so fluid and beautiful!!
